Hey I have new friends :)
I am so happy :) I feel connected
A grown and independent child on the brink of flying away is a satisfying thought but also a fact that brings about lot of free time. Time that was earlier filled with her constant mama this … mama that …is now down to a SMS that says I will be late maa… dont wait for dinner-
A phase that has made me learn new life skills- cooking for 1 person less- walking the dog more often than anticipated –talking to him like he actually understands what I say – (and he does – everything I say) - watching serials other than Friends- and Knitting :)
I have taken up my knitting again since June. Now I have a number of FO’s to show for all the knitting time :)
Actually I was motivated as usual by my thoughtful half- he had gone on a business trip to Germany and got me - guess what ? – knitting needles -a pair of straights in a size I did not have and 2 circs- wow – he may or may not wear (for what ever reason) that I knit for him – I forgive him totally- wow he Noticed -and got me what I did not have in my collection- how great is that----
And well I picked up my needles , signed in to Ravelry and have found so many new things to make since then.
Now I have so many friends with the same interest- Its Fun again:)
